Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lift Engineer. The Lift Engineer will be responsible for service, call outs and small repairs. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. The Lift Engineer will also manage emergency call-outs as needed.

Qualifications
Experience with lifting equipment, maintenance, and repair
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Night call rota 1 night a week plus 1 in 4 weekends
Relevant certifications and licenses in lift engineering or related field
Experience in a similar role is a plus
NVQ 3
Driving licence for outer london route or walking route available in central London
