Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our BMW division working at our Customer Contact Centre based in our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Lincoln. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work 1 in 6 Saturdays, paid as overtime.

OTE of up to £29,000 plus benefits.

This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.

Role And Responsibilities

Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
Accurate data inputting of customer details
Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
Improve and drive lead conversions
Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner
Adhering to brand standards
Speaking to customers after purchase of their vehicles
Upsell of Service Plans Monitoring Livechat system

Previous aftersales experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
