We're seeking 3 experienced Solutions Architects across a variety of domains to join our clients dynamic technology team.

The Role
As the Solutions Architect, you will:
Develop and own the target architecture and roadmap for a variety of domains.
Manage transitional plans to move from current to future state architecture.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to translate business needs into robust technical designs.
Deliver high-quality architecture outputs, including solution options papers and high-level designs.
Oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring alignment with performance indicators.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic and technical guidance to key business units and leadership teams.
Drive innovation by staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Ensure compliance with regulations, risk management policies, and security standards.

About You
You bring a unique mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to the table. You thrive on solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders, and delivering strategic architectural solutions that enable growth and efficiency.

Essential Skills and Experience:
5+ years in a Solutions Architecture role within a large, complex organisation.
Strong understanding of Finance, Legal, and HR processes, ideally in a retail environment.
Proven ability to create clear and comprehensive architecture documentation.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to engage with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.

Qualifications:
Certification in an Architecture Framework (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
