We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insights Analyst who will use their analytical and commercial skills to support stakeholders in understanding our HNW customers and identifying opportunities
About Role
As the Customer Insights Analyst, you will be delivering business benefit and improving our customer experience, with a particular focus on Private Shopping. This area of the business has been on a transformation journey, including the growth of a high performing team, a larger and extraordinary new space, and best-in-class technology for clientelling
You will also;
Work with Data Science teams to optimise our existing predictive models to identify HNW clients, as well as identifying future opportunities for automation.
Train business users to ensure everyone has the knowledge and skills to access and leverage our key self-serve customer dashboards within Private Shopping areas.
Support the Senior Insights Manager in scoping and running exploratory insights projects for key business stakeholders
Utilise data visualisation tools to communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Conduct analysis on large datasets to identify patterns and trends in customer behaviour, preferences, and needs within the Private Shopping portfolio.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience using customer or consumer data (Transactional, CRM, clientelling, etc.) as well as practical experience with SQL. It is important that you have strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data and are also able to demonstrate sound commercial awareness.
You will also have the following;
Experience with data visualisation tools (Excel, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and virtually
Ability to identify key insights from large datasets and explain them concisely and clearly to a non-technical audience
Great stakeholder management skills
Excellent time-management skills, and flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities
