The H beauty team are currently seeking a Stock Specialist with a can-do attitude to assist in providing our world class service to customers.
About The Role
As a Stock Specialist, you will ensure that deliveries are processed efficiently and accurately, and that stock is stored appropriately to the Harrods standard, working alongside the Operations Manager and Retail team. You will carry out daily stock audits and action price changes and markdowns, when necessary, issue solving whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines.
About You
In this role, you will demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to multitask, being able to monitor and manage stock take and sales preparation simultaneously. You will have attention to detail whilst working to tight deadlines, with the ability to issue and solve stock audits, interpret data and quality control in a timely manner.
You will also bring:
A proficiency in Excel and general Microsoft Office programmes
Be familiar and up to date with all relevant SAP functionalities
Have good PC literacy and numeracy
Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance
Excellent Teamworking and communication skills

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will support all day-to-day operational activities while working hands-on as part of the team.
About The Role
As the Dev Ops Engineer you will work closely with the other functions within Digital Technology, you will align with the development lifecycle to support the effective delivery of new functionality and projects.
You will also;
Manage, monitor and maintain all monitoring tools and alerting mechanisms, ensuring that the systems are monitored, and alerts efficiently tuned
Ensure that all change activity is tracked, and risk assessed with mitigations defined, and approved
Create and maintain user and technical documentation
Maintain/Triage incidents/requests in Harrods ITSM tool and work Queue
About You
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud technologies, particularly the Azure platform, deploying highly available, scalable, and resilient applications and infrastructure. It is important that you have hands-on Experience with CI/CD tools (ideally Azure DevOps Pipelines).
You will also have the following;
Experience in delivering within an Agile, SCRUM, or Kanban methodology
Scripting languages such as PowerShell, YAML, Python, or TypeScript
Experience and Knowledge of .NET Development
Knowledge of database maintenance, administration, and performance optimization concepts
Knowledge of web and serverless Azure technologies, including Web Apps, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps (SaaS, PaaS solutions)

Join our dynamic Finance function and play a key role in driving insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. About The Role
In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Business Partner and act as a trusted advisor to your business stakeholders. You will use financial data to provide insights, ensure compliance, and support performance through robust planning and reporting. Your role is critical in enabling sound business decisions and ensuring financial integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting business stakeholders with financial insight and decision-making
Conducting detailed analysis of revenue, expenses, and profitability
Developing financial models and forecasts aligned to business strategy
Monitoring financial risks and identifying commercial opportunities
Leading budgeting and forecasting processes for your area
Ensuring month-end accuracy, compliance, and reporting
Preparing presentations and reports for senior stakeholders
Supporting and reviewing capital investment cases and tracking ROI
Driving standardisation and automation across finance processes

We are looking for a Senior Insights Analyst to join our Digital team at Harrods. In this role you will use creativity and initiative to help internal clients to explore new ways of engaging with our customers, and opportunities which will lead the way for change in the way stakeholders use data.
About The Role
As the Senior Insights Analyst, you will be supporting senior management in performing exploratory customer analysis, finding and recommending opportunities, and scoping requirements with other internal teams to drive projects forward. This role will take ownership of creating, maintaining and managing a range of complex customer segments, predictive modelling, rules-based modelling and automation to support your stakeholders.
No two days are the same, this role will be responsible for defining KPIs, working with business and IT side stakeholders to ensure data integrity, availability and prioritising development work where needed.
About You
The successful candidate will need to have some experience in working with and guiding other analysts, analytical integrity when discussing results with senior leadership and peers, and a functional knowledge of Python, SQL and data architecture/access for business teams. You will also have extensive experience of targeted and personalised Loyalty and/or CRM activity, as well as working knowledge of the operations within those functions and IT.
We are looking for someone who is keen to represent and encourage analytical thinking across teams where appropriate and communicate insights effectively; an ability to translate insights from complex analysis into easy to read insights for a technical and a non-technical audience.
