Join our dynamic team at Harrods as a Social Media Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our social media presence across Harrods and H beauty platforms.
About The Role
As a Social Media Executive, you will oversee the daily operations of our social media channels, ensuring the seamless planning, scheduling, and execution of content. Collaborating with a team of executives, you’ll champion creative, social-first content while providing administrative support for publishing, operations, and audits. You’ll also play a key part in keeping our channels innovative and engaging by identifying trends, analysing performance, and creating reactive content that resonates with our audience. This role requires your expertise in supporting broader initiatives across Harrods and H beauty's social media channels. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage a variety of content across different platforms.
The role is based in Hammersmith, working 37.5 hours per week, primarily on-site three days a week. Occasionally, you'll be on-call during weekends or evenings for urgent social media moments, therefore we this role requires full flexibility.
Key responsibilities include:
Co-owning social media content calendars, ensuring timely and optimised publishing across all platforms while aligning with marketing, trade, and editorial timelines.
Preparing detailed reports on social media performance, deriving actionable insights, and presenting recommendations to drive future campaigns.
Staying on top of platform developments and trends, bringing fresh ideas and creative references to enhance our content strategy.
Working alongside the Community Manager to boost engagement through timely, brand-aligned responses and proactive community management.
Creating behind-the-scenes content, managing influencer collaborations, and coordinating with agency partners and internal teams for impactful executions.
About You
You are an enthusiastic, proactive, and creative individual with a passion for social media and a knack for identifying trends. You have the ability to critically evaluate data, develop innovative ideas, and confidently present your insights to stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy bringing fresh perspectives, and are committed to driving positive results across all channels.
You will also:
Possess a solutions-focused attitude and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
Absorb insights from competitors and social trends to inform your strategies.
Have the confidence to present data-driven results and creative ideas to wider teams.
Have a strong understanding of social media analytics and tools e.g. Google Analytics, Dash Hudson, or Sprinklr (training provided as needed).
Have proven experience in reporting and performance analysis for social media campaigns.
Possess excellent organisational skills to manage multiple channels and deadlines effectively.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insights Analyst who will use their analytical and commercial skills to support stakeholders in understanding our HNW customers and identifying opportunities
About Role
As the Customer Insights Analyst, you will be delivering business benefit and improving our customer experience, with a particular focus on Private Shopping. This area of the business has been on a transformation journey, including the growth of a high performing team, a larger and extraordinary new space, and best-in-class technology for clientelling
You will also;
Work with Data Science teams to optimise our existing predictive models to identify HNW clients, as well as identifying future opportunities for automation.
Train business users to ensure everyone has the knowledge and skills to access and leverage our key self-serve customer dashboards within Private Shopping areas.
Support the Senior Insights Manager in scoping and running exploratory insights projects for key business stakeholders
Utilise data visualisation tools to communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Conduct analysis on large datasets to identify patterns and trends in customer behaviour, preferences, and needs within the Private Shopping portfolio.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience using customer or consumer data (Transactional, CRM, clientelling, etc.) as well as practical experience with SQL. It is important that you have strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data and are also able to demonstrate sound commercial awareness.
You will also have the following;
Experience with data visualisation tools (Excel, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and virtually
Ability to identify key insights from large datasets and explain them concisely and clearly to a non-technical audience
Great stakeholder management skills
Excellent time-management skills, and flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities
