Panoramic Associates are currently working with a London-based council in recruiting an Asset Information Analyst to join the Asset Management Team. This is a hybrid role offering a 6-month contract to start with.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop data systems and business processes to support asset management of social housing stock.
Design, write, and run reports using Power Query (Power BI/Excel), SQL, Server Reporting Services, and VBA.
Assist in data modelling, automation, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy for statutory returns, stock condition assessments, and compliance monitoring.
Support planned works programmes by analysing stock condition data, repairs history, and survey feedback.
Manage compliance data related to gas safety, electrical testing, fire protection, lift inspections, and water quality.
Act as the first line of support for Asset Information Systems, providing troubleshooting, training, and user support.
Experience & Skills Required:
Advanced IT skills with expertise in SQL, Power Query, Excel, VBA, and Microsoft Access.
Proven experience in data retrieval, analysis, reporting, and quality assurance.
Strong ability to interpret complex technical documentation and follow instructions accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a flexible approach to evolving work priorities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to providing a high-quality service.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
