Ce que vous accomplirez

En tant que Product Owner, vous aurez pour objectif de créer des solutions performantes et adaptées aux défis énergétiques d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes techniques, les parties prenantes métier et les utilisateurs pour définir, prioriser et optimiser les fonctionnalités qui feront la différence.

Vos principales missions :

Définir la vision produit et la roadmap : en alignement avec la stratégie de l’entreprise et les besoins des clients, vous identifiez les axes d’amélioration et d’innovation.
Recueillir et prioriser les besoins : en collaboration avec les parties prenantes (clients, équipes internes, experts métier), vous définissez les fonctionnalités qui apporteront le plus de valeur.
Élaborer et gérer le backlog : rédaction des user stories, définition des critères d’acceptation et gestion des priorités pour maximiser l’impact du produit.
Collaborer avec les équipes techniques : vous travaillez en étroite relation avec les développeurs, UX/UI designers et data scientists pour assurer la bonne implémentation des fonctionnalités et garantir une expérience utilisateur optimale.
Piloter la performance du produit : analyse des KPIs, suivi des retours utilisateurs et amélioration continue pour optimiser l’adoption et la satisfaction client.
Assurer une veille stratégique et technologique : vous suivez les tendances du marché de l’énergie et des innovations digitales pour anticiper les évolutions et garder une longueur d’avance.

Votre profil :
Expérience en gestion de produit ou en tant que Product Owner (idéalement dans un environnement agile)
Bonne connaissance du secteur de l’énergie et des enjeux de la transition énergétique
Capacité à travailler en mode transverse avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires
Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et prise de décision
Appétence pour les technologies digitales, la data et l’UX

Context: The Expertise Center (EC) Quantitative Research and Modeling (QRM) within GEMS is a team of 30 quantitative analysts. Its mission is to provide advanced quantitative expertise to all Business Platforms (BP) of GEMS. The quantitative analyst would be part of the “Gas & Oil” quant team (approx. 10 people) but fully dedicated to Gas Supply & Trading (GST) Business Platform (BP). Within this BP, the midstream and upstream gas trading desks are risk managing complex assets in the financial markets, on behalf of internal and external clients. Role: The Quantitative Analyst will be focused on the activities of Gas Supply and Trading desks. The Quantitative Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining the models that guide our financial and physical trading, portfolio management and risk assessment activities. This role is an opportunity to directly apply advanced modelling techniques as part of a highly quantitative team, with extensive experience on derivatives pricing, risk management and trading. The team will rely on him/her to be a real value added to the team, as a support on diverse modelling challenges. He/she will contribute to the whole valuation and risk management chain of a derivatives portfolio.
