POUR QUEL MISSION ?
Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Avant-vente F/H pour accompagner les équipes commerciales Grands comptes dans la vente de nos offres de paiements à destination des commerçants.
Vous interviendrez tout au long du cycle de vente en relation direct avec nos clients pous :
Promouvoir nos offres en détaillant les fonctionnalités et services associés et leurs capacités d’intégration
Identifier les solutions/services de paiement les plus adaptés répondant aux enjeux et besoins métiers de nos clients aussi bien en magasin qu’en ligne.
Assurer notre capacité à délivrer le service proposé en collaboration étroite avec l’écosystème interne, notamment les équipes produit et opérations
Accompagner les réponses aux RFI/RFP (rédaction, questionnaire, soutenance, ateliers, …)
Supporter la construction du P&L et la stratégie de prix d’une opportunité
Par ailleurs, vous serez amené(e) à :
Collaborer avec les équipes produit afin de remonter les besoins clients et d’influencer la roadmap produit
Participer à la construction des nouvelles offres
Contribuer aux partages de connaissances avec les autres équipes
Intervenir activement à la vie de l’équipe
QUEL PROFIL NOUS RECHERCHONS ?
Vous avez un diplôme supérieur de niveau BAC + 5 (école supérieure de commerce, école d'ingénieurs, formation universitaire de type Master) et avez déjà un expérience sur un poste similaire
Vous connaissez le monde des paiements avec si possible, une bonne maîtrise des paiements en ligne.
Vous êtes curieux/se et avez soif de découvrir des nouvelles choses ayant des applications concrètes dans la vie courante
Vous êtes capables d’appréhender les aspects et contraintes techniques d’une solution et de son intégration
Vous faites preuve de capacités de synthèse et d’analyse pour comprendre les enjeux business et adapter votre discours en fonction de vos interlocuteurs
Vous êtes force de proposition et avez la volonté de faire avancer les sujets qui vous sont confiés
Vous êtes rigoureux/se et savez prendre en main un sujet en coordonnant plusieurs équipes
Vous êtes à l’aise à l’écrit et à l’oral aussi bien en français qu’en anglais
Vous aimez travailler en équipe dans la bonne humeur
