Flowlity redéfinit l’avenir de la planification de la supply chain.
Chaque année, la mauvaise gestion des stocks entraîne plus de €2 000 Mds de pertes dans le monde. Cela se traduit par un manque à gagner financier mais aussi par une performance opérationnelle amoindrie et par une incidence environnementale dommageable. Le secteur entame sa lente transformation vers une Supply Chain plus efficiente et résiliente.

SaaS innovante nourrie par l’IA aide les entreprises à optimiser leurs stocks et leurs prévisions grâce à des recommandations probabilistiques intelligentes.
Flowlity a été créée en 2019 par deux entrepreneurs issus de la tech et de la Supply Chain, Jean-Baptiste et Karim. A date, l’équipe Flowlity compte une vingtaine de collaborateurs - français et internationaux - répartis sur 3 bureaux (Paris, Lyon et Bordeaux) qui travaillent à transformer l’industrie de la Supply Chain.

Mission
En tant que Customer Success & Onboarding Manager chez Flowlity, vous travaillerez main dans la main avec nos clients pour vous assurer qu’ils tirent un maximum de valeur de notre solution et atteignent efficacement leurs objectifs.
L’équipe de Delivery & Customer Success fait aussi le lien entre nos clients et nos équipes tech. Elle travaille en mode projet sur l’implémentation de notre solution ainsi que sur le suivi d’adoption et de performance de nos clients live. Contact privilégié de nos clients, le CSM a aussi pour mission de relayer les besoins de nos clients en interne afin d’influencer notre roadmap produit.

Responsabilités
Assurer la réussite des clients en comprenant leurs défis, en analysant leurs données et en les aidant à définir des processus Supply Chain efficaces. Vous accompagnerez également la gestion du changement pour faciliter l’adoption de notre solution.
Déployer, configurer et optimiser notre solution afin de répondre aux besoins des clients, en garantissant une création de valeur maximale, tout en les guidant dans l’onboarding et la mise en œuvre de la solution.
Collaborer avec les équipes Engineering et Data / Research en fournissant des insights et des retours actionnables pour continuellement améliorer notre solution.

Profil recherché
3+ ans d'expérience en conseil, Customer Success, onboarding ou dans un rôle similaire en contact avec les clients, dans un environnement SaaS, supply chain, retail ou logiciel d'entreprise.
Expérience avérée dans la création de valeur mesurable et de succès pour les clients.
Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, avec une capacité d’écoute et d’explication claire des concepts appris
Esprit analytique solide, avec une grande attention portée aux détails. Il faut par ailleurs être à l’aise avec la prise de décisions (data driven).
Problem-solver, vous aimez démêler et résoudre les problèmes. Voir vos clients réussir et avoir un impact réel sur leur activité vous motive.
À l’aise dans un environnement B2B, en collaboration avec des parties prenantes externes francophones comme internationales.
Passionné par l’univers des startups et l’innovation, vous êtes enthousiaste à l’idée de contribuer à une équipe et à un projet qui révolutionnent la planification de la supply chain.
