L'AFM-Téléthon est une association de malades et parents de malades engagés dans le combat contre la maladie. Ses missions : accélérer le développement des thérapies innovantes grâce notamment à une force de frappe de 500 experts scientifiques au sein de l'Institut des biothérapies ; accompagner les familles au quotidien, défendre leur accès à des soins de qualité et ses droits. Elle organise, chaque premier week-end de décembre, le Téléthon qui mobilise 250 000 bénévoles à travers 15 000 animations dans toute la France.

1. Gestion technique du projet :
- Concevoir, rédiger les spécifications techniques et définir les tests.
- Participer aux choix technologiques, aux développements spécifiques et aux intégrations.
- Superviser les recettes et garantir la qualité technique.
2. Pilotage du projet :
- Encadrer l'équipe de maîtrise d'oeuvre et gérer les relations avec les intervenants.
- Assurer le suivi, coordonner les validations et diffuser les informations.
- Gérer les fournisseurs, produire des reportings et définir des indicateurs adaptés.
3. Déploiement et accompagnement :
- Déployer les applications/services, organiser la maintenance et le support utilisateur.
- Former les utilisateurs et garantir une documentation complète.
4. Respect des engagements :
- Garantir le respect des cahiers des charges, des délais et des coûts.
- Proposer des ajustements si des contraintes ou modifications survien
Profil recherché :
- Formation : Bac+4/Bac+5.
- Expérience : Minimum 3 ans dans le développement d'applications web.
- Qualités : Organisé(e), méthodique, rigoureux(se),autonome, avec une bonne maîtrise des méthodologies AGILE et une capacité à animer des réunions et des équipes techniques.
- Aptitudes : Capacité à appréhender des environnements fonctionnels complexes et variés.
Compétences techniques :
- Langages : Java Spring, Angular, PHP, JavaScript.
- Bases de données : MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, JSON.

- Nous poursuivons notre développement dans le Sud-Est et recrutons un(e) Ingénieur développement C++ moderne / Linux embarqué pour l’un de nos clients (secteur Défense) situé vers Aix-en-Provence. Mission : Au sein d’une petite équipe software, vous participerez au développement en C++ / Linux embarqué d’un produit logiciel de calculateur & gestion de positions (cartographiques) destiné à l’armée Française. En fonction de votre niveau d’expérience, vous pourrez être amené à participer à l’analyse des spécifications système, à la conception détaillée, ainsi que dans tous les cas aux tests unitaires. Profil recherché Idéalement ingénieur de formation, vous justifiez d’au moins 4 ans d’expérience en C++ standard (a minima version 11) sous Linux. Vous maitrisez par ailleurs les contraintes de l’embarqué proche de la machine, les concepts de multithreading, cross compilation, gestion de mémoire, optimisation des performances, design patterns, STL / Boost, etc. Des notions temps réel seraient un atout (bien qu’il s’agisse ici de temps réel mou). Démarrage rapide souhaité, mais un préavis ne sera pas rédhibitoire. A noter que le projet est classé Défense, et nécessite donc d’être habilitable.
