The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced marketing leader to drive customer acquisition, growth, and campaigns. In this role, you’ll collaborate with local teams and regional stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement high-ROI strategies to drive user acquisition, growth, and retention across channels like CRM, social media, partnerships, digital marketing, content, and influencers.
Drive Demand Growth: Oversee user development funnels for existing and new business initiatives, ensuring consistent growth.
Analyze and Optimize: Leverage data and reports to derive actionable insights, present impactful analyses, and recommend key initiatives for optimization.
Report Performance: Monitor and evaluate campaign outcomes, providing detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Manage Budgets: Oversee marketing budgets, ensure accurate ROI forecasting, and allocate investments strategically.


Essentials To Succeed

Experience: 4–8 years in performance marketing strategy and team management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in eCommerce, payments, B2C marketing, social media, or start-ups.
Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to design and execute impactful, creative marketing campaigns across diverse channels.

Profil recherché Idéalement ingénieur de formation, vous justifiez d’au moins 4 ans d’expérience en C++ standard (a minima version 11) sous Linux. Vous maitrisez par ailleurs les contraintes de l’embarqué proche de la machine, les concepts de multithreading, cross compilation, gestion de mémoire, optimisation des performances, design patterns, STL / Boost, etc. Des notions temps réel seraient un atout (bien qu’il s’agisse ici de temps réel mou).
