Description De La Practice

L’équipe Dea ls intervient auprès des directions générales afin de les accompagner dans la réalisation de leurs projets stratégiques de Fusion & Acquisition (projets de croissance externe, de partenariat, de scission, de désinvestissement ou de restructuration).

Elle accompagne ses clients depuis la définition des choix stratégiques de croissance externe jusqu’à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle et l’optimisation post-opération.

Au sein de cette équipe, vous rejoindrez la plateforme Finance Strategy & Deals en pleine croissance.

L'équipe Finance Strategy & Deals accompagne les directions financières de grands groupes, d’ETI, de fonds d'investissements et de leurs participations dans le cadre d’opérations de M&A, et pour des missions de stratégie finance.

Ses domaines d’expertise sont :

Accompagnement des opérations M&A (prise de contrôle et intégration post acquisition, carve -out, spin-off, réorganisation)
Stratégie finance (définition de plan stratégique et de transformation de la fonction Finance, de modèle opérationnel cible, de modèle de pilotage de la performance global, d'analyse de performance, etc.)
Accompagnement de fonds d'investissement et de directions financières de participations pour se structurer et accompagner leur croissance.


L'équipe Finance Strategy & Deals travaille en collaboration étroite avec les autres expertises de PwC en France et à l’international, afin de les mobiliser sur ses missions et apporter le maximum de valeur à ses clients, de la stratégie à l'exécution.

Ce Que Vous Pouvez Attendre Du Poste

En tant que consultant(e) expérimenté(e) vous êtes un élément clé de l’organisation, intégré(e) à une équipe projet sous la responsabilité d’un manager / directeur ou associé.
En tant que consultant(e) expérimenté(e) vous conduisez plusieurs modules ou projets, gérez la relation avec le client, assurez le suivi budgétaire et participez à la préparation et présentation des résultats à vos clients. Vous serez amené à vous déplacer chez nos clients en France et à l’étranger.
Vous vous inscrivez dans la vie d’équipe, le développement des collaborateurs, la modernisation et l’enrichissement des offres de la plateforme Finance Strategy & Deals et contribuez à la volonté d’excellence du cabinet.
En tant que membre de l’équipe Deal Strategy & Operations de Strategy&, vous pouvez être amené à intervenir sur des missions de M&A pré ou post deal (carve-out, intégration, due diligences, etc.) sortant du scope de la plateforme Finance Strategy & Deals.


Ce Que Nous Attendons De Vous

Education

Diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieur et/ou de commerce, d'un MBA ou d'une grande université internationale


Expériences professionnelles

Vous bénéficiez de plus de 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle en conseil, en audit, en banque d’affaires, en fonds d’investissement (performance improvement , etc.), au sein d’un département M&A, en direction de la stratégie ou encore en direction financière d’un corporate . Un parcours alliant plusieurs expériences professionnelles dont un passage en entreprise et en cabinet sera également apprécié ;
Vous êtes intervenus sur une ou plusieurs problématiques de : contrôle financier ; de gestion de projet de transformation de la finance en environnement M&A ; de pilotage de la performance financière et opérationnelle et de mise en œuvre de plan d'action pour redresser la profitabilité d'une activité ou d'une entreprise ;
Vous aimez coordonner différentes expertises et travailler avec elles dans une logique pragmatique de co-construction ;
Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de travail dans un environnement complexe et exigeant et êtes parfaitement clairs sur les différentes composantes d'un P&L ;
Vous avez une capacité à aller de la définition de la stratégie à l'accompagnement pour sa mise en œuvre opérationnelle ;
Vous avez une excellente communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais ;
