Salary/Rate: £511.00 per day inside IR35
Start Date: March 2025
Job Type: 9 month initial Contract - Extending by a further 12 months
Contract: Hybrid (Wednesday/Thursday - Onsite)

My client within the automotive industry is currently seeking a Java Engineer with expertise in development within a TDD/Agile methodology within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
This is a Hybrid role, working on client site in Dunton (Essex) on Wednesdays & Thursdays. You will need to be able to drive to client site as it's not accessable via public transport.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with ServiceNow's IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite, particularly in the areas of Discovery and Service Mapping. This role requires someone who is not afraid to dive into technical challenges and actively contribute to solving complex problems while maintaining clear and consistent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The consultant will primarily work remotely but may need to travel to client locations on a need-basis. The engagement is expected to last approximately 4-5 months for a signed piece of work, with potential for further opportunities depending on project needs. Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow ITOM Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM, specifically around Discovery and Service Mapping modules.
