Job Responsibilities/Objectives

The Systems analyst will be responsible for interpreting business requirements and writing IT requirements for new systems.
They will be expected to exam as is systems to produce specification documents for the new or modified systems as part of the solution.
They will work closely with a team including Business SME's, Architecture, Developers (where necessary), testing and business Analysts.
They will need to work quickly and at pace on a project that is already running and able to develop system analyst deliverables in a waterfall or Agile methodology.

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading financial services clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Treasury Systems Application Support Engineer to join their team for a contract until September

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
Provide IT application support for Treasury Systems to meet business operational requirements and deliver project and build activity.
Provide IT support for all Treasury applications to ensure maximum service availability.
Occasional out of hours support to ensure business critical and regulatory tasks are completed.
Working as part of a team or on an individual basis, assist with the delivery of strategic projects.
Help to deliver BAU small changes and service improvements highlighting associated benefits and key risks as appropriate.
Liaise with suppliers and business partners to ensure effective and rapid resolution of technical issues and to deliver all agreed commitments.
Engage with Major Incident Managers and Problem Managers in the event of high severity failures and for root cause analysis when requested.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

Technical and/or functional knowledge of some (not necessarily all) of the following Treasury IT systems.
Most valuable would be Swift and/or Kondor+ or an equivalent Treasury Management System.
SWIFT and Swift Webaccess services eg. RTGS/Enquiry Link, Bottomline GTX, Bottomline MMCF, Easyway, Crest, Kondor+, Refinitiv Real Time feed, Bloomberg
Unix knowledge
Database development skills, particularly SQL or Sybase
Other skills:
Incident management experience, IT troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with call logging systems eg. SMAX
Experience of dealing with business customers in an IT service delivery environment

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience leading Salesforce implementations and migrations, specifically within the justice or police sectors, to oversee the Victim Journey System project. The candidate must have active NVPP3 clearance (or equivalent) due to the sensitive nature of the project, involving victim data management and protection.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce-based Victim Journey System, which will track and manage victim interactions with law enforcement, support services, and case management teams. The role requires expertise in both Salesforce project management and ensuring the highest levels of data security and privacy compliance, particularly under NVPP3 guidelines.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
Project Management:
Lead and manage the successful implementation and migration of the Salesforce Victim Journey System, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Define project scope, objectives, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders from law enforcement, victim support teams, and justice system partners.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, while managing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, business analysts, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Salesforce Implementation & Migration:
Oversee the implementation and migration of the Salesforce platform to track victim journeys, ensuring proper integration with existing systems and databases used by law enforcement and support services.
Ensure all system configurations and customisation's are in line with the needs of victim support services, case management, and law enforcement, with a focus on user-friendliness and data security.
Work closely with technical teams to manage data migration, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of sensitive victim-related data.
Stakeholder Engagement & Management:
Manage and engage with stakeholders from law enforcement, victim support organisations, and other relevant agencies to ensure project alignment with their needs and regulatory requirements.
Communicate project goals, status updates, and timelines to stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and feedback throughout the project.
Address and manage any concerns or feedback from stakeholders, ensuring that the system meets both operational and security standards.
Risk & Issue Management:
Proactively identify potential risks to the project, especially those related to security, compliance, and timelines.
Develop risk mitigation plans and ensure that issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner, minimising impact on project timelines and objectives.
Training & Support:
Coordinate the development and delivery of training for end-users, including victim support staff, case managers, and law enforcement personnel, ensuring they understand how to securely use the system.
Develop and provide clear documentation, user guides, and FAQs to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing usage of the system.
Post-Implementation Support & Continuous Improvement:
Oversee post-implementation support, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the system.
Work on system enhancements and updates, ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with changing regulations.
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Active NVPP3 clearance (or equivalent) is mandatory due to the sensitive nature of the project.
Proven experience as a Project Manager leading Salesforce implementations and migrations, particularly in the justice or police sectors.
Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning components.
Extensive experience in managing victim support systems, case management tools, or law enforcement projects involving sensitive data.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders, including law enforcement, legal teams, and victim support organisations.
Ability to manage complex projects, prioritise tasks, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Experience with data migration and ensuring seamless system integrations between Salesforce and other justice-related technologies.
Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:
Salesforce certifications (eg, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Project Manager).
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
Experience in the justice sector, working directly with police departments, law enforcement agencies, or justice system-related projects.
Understanding of GDPR or other privacy laws, with an emphasis on managing victim-related data.
Previous experience with victim journey systems or other systems that support victim services and law enforcement.
