A phenomenal opportunity has arisen for a brilliant EA based in Dartford to support a Group Director, this opportunity is not to be missed!

This is a 6-month fixed term contract within an incredible business, they are seriously influential across London and globally. An innovative, cutting edge and worldwide property business – stunning offices.

This role is split 50/50 between EA and event coordination and delivery, we are seeking an EA who wants super-fast paced role, ambitious and experience spans both EA and events.

EA Responsibilities will include
Provide efficient and effective support to Group Director and co-ordinate day to day activities with their teams and key stakeholders
Provide efficient support in managing complex diary management and diary changes
Arrange and prepare for meetings - in person & on Teams (globally)
Communicate professionally with external key stakeholders and liaise effectively with internal teams in all areas of our business, building strong collaborative relationships and a wide network of support
Manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
Expenses management
Work with the Executives to create monthly operational review agendas
Provide holiday/sick cover to the Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO

Event Management Responsibilities will include
Manage logistics and coordination of internal corporate events
Duties include venue searching, budgeting and invoicing tracking along with project management of the event from initial plan phase to execution
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure adherence to sustainable practices and secure value for the company
Develop event budgets and track expenses to ensure that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints
Analyse attendee feedback, survey responses, and other performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future event planning efforts
Travel and out of hours work will be required for this role

Role Title: Linux Engineer (MUST HOLD SC CLEARANCE) Location: Barrow (Hybrid—3 3 Days on site, 2 at home) Duration: 30/09/2025 Role Description: Suitable Qualified and Experienced Person (SQEP) in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) version 9 and secure network architecture and software development environments. Expertise for implementing LDAP, SELinux, Splunk, RDP or VNC, Eclipse C++ Development IDE & plugins, anti-malware tools, configuring switch/Firewall/NAS and other network devices, setup of RHEL subscription and update services, all within a secure NIST based framework. Security requirements for the supplier are covered in section 4. The task package requires the derivation of detailed use cases and design from the high level use cases/requirements and design, and implementation and test of the local development environment including integration with the corporate restricted network, interface and services, along with local network maintenance instructions. Documentary output deliverables will be required to complete these tasks. The Activities and Deliveries section 3 will detail responsibilities of the supplier. The Engineering Manager (Andrew Thompson) will act as hiring manager and has authority to issue the key tasking packages and approve milestone completion. The deliverable outputs for each milestone are identified in Section 3. Progress will be tracked through weekly meetings, and monthly summary reports are to be provided containing details of progress made towards each deliverable, any blockers/dependencies not delivered, and any delays incurred to be reported and agreed. The Navigation Team Network Administrator will support the supplier as and when needed, and shall be kept well informed of decisions and progress to facilitate handover when the work package is complete.
