Job Title: IT Desktop Support Engineer Location: Wayside House, CV6 6NY Trust: Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust Pay Rate: £14.11/Hr. Job Type/Shift Patterns: There is flexibility with this role; the Rota will be 50% working from home and 50% working onsite.
3 weeks working from home providing IT Support remotely.
3 weeks working from home working remotely for the IT service desk, taking calls.
3 weeks visiting GP surgeries in the Coventry area, fixing their issues (getting laptops/PC's to work, printers, resetting phones, that sort of thing)
3 weeks on site Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, in Coventry.

These roles are temporary position up to 6 months, which then may lead to a permanent roles.
You will be provided with one of the departments pool cars when you’re required to work onsite. Alternatively, if you have your own care you will be given mileage allowance.
Requirements
Experience in providing IT support in both a 1st line and 2nd line Service Desk environment.
Knowledge and experience in supporting;
Triaging and troubleshooting IT Issues.
Supporting equipment and software.
Windows 7/10 and 11 operating system.
Office 2010 and 365.
Handheld and smartphone devices.
Working as a team player as well as proficient when working alone.
Excellent verbal and written communications.
You'll also need a driving license (but a car will be provided if you don't have one)
This placement will be an excellent opportunity to develop in a supportive, safe, secure NHS environment. This role may require you to show evidence Diploma or ECDL or at least 2 years relevant experience.
