Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to work in a busy team in the Ipswich IDT.
We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn and keen to deliver in both performance and customer service.
We provide administrative support to the Ipswich CMHT clinical teams including processing referrals; answering calls; sending letters; and keeping Lorenzo up-to-date, so good computer, keyboard and communication skills are essential to the role.

Main duties of the job
Provide an effective and efficient administrative support to the clinical teams.
Process referrals for the teams.
Deal with telephone calls and general enquiries, and maintain an efficient message system coordinating with team members.
Deal with correspondence and communication liaising, prioritising and coordinating with the clinical teams.
Liaise with clinical team members in relation to urgent referrals or other emergencies.
Maintaining staff recording systems including annual leave, sick leave and Duty cover.
Liaising with maintenance and IT departments regarding problems/faults.
