Main Responsibilities as an Engineer
Work to design & develop the critical applications that power Defence services across the UK.
Get involved in projects at all stages of development, building relationships with senior stakeholders and other technical departments.
Mentor and guide junior developers contributing to the overall team’s growth.
Actively contribute to design sessions and help shape projects as they advance.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Experienced eDv-cleared professional with a background across: Software Development (Java, React and AWS technologies).
History of working effectively working within a highly-secured environment and collaborating across different teams and departments.
Security clearance to the highest level (eDV).

To safeguard information and ensure it is not released unlawfully or restricted unnecessarily To perform audits of digitised material to ensure the completion of the digitisation project and to determine the quality of the records of this digitised material, providing suggestions for improvements and quality assurance. Including audio visual material held on removeable media, ensuring digital continuity and preservation is maintained for future posterity. To assess the risks of this content and assisting in the migration of this content to a secure format.
