Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, nous recherchons actuellement : Programmeur Statistique Lead.

Vous serez amené(e) à :
Planifier, exécuter et superviser toutes les activités de programmation avec une casquette de gestion de projet / oversight : l'estimation des ressources, le respect du budget, le respect des délais, l’interaction avec différents départements
Superviser le développement SDTM, ADaM et TLF et effectuer une révision des résultats
Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour des besoins supplémentaires en programmation, pour soutenir les publications, la rédaction médicale et les besoins et analyses de développement supplémentaires
Soutenir/superviser les activités de soumission
Assurer que toutes les activités sont menées efficacement
Encadrer les membres de l'équipe moins expérimentés dans les meilleures pratiques autour des SDTM, ADaM et TFL tout en veillant au respect des normes et processus du département

Vos responsabilités :
Vous êtes diplômé en Mathématiques, Sciences Informatiques ou Statistiques
Vous disposez d’une expérience significative en programmation statistique dans le cadre d'essais cliniques au sein d'un laboratoire pharmaceutique, une entreprise de biotechnologie, d'une CRO ou d'une société pharmaceutique
Vous justifiez d’une expérience sur des jeux de données correspondants (sécurité et efficacité) et des critères d'évaluation
Vous avez pu accompagner des équipes sur des activités d’oversight : gestion de planning, budget, sous-traitance
Vous maitrisez SAS et R
Vous maitrisez l’environnement CDISC, SDTM et ADaM, y compris define.xml, les guides de révision et les normes de soumission
Vous êtes curieux, collaboratif et prêtez une grande attention aux détails
Vous maitrisez l’anglais

Le poste est à pourvoir rapidement et vous serez intégré(e) aux équipes du laboratoire.
