We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who’ll develop a passionate understanding of our customers, Partners and business. Then use their marketing skills and relentless energy to drive engagement and growth within our Partner Network.

This will be a 12 month contract role with a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in our central London office each week.

Here's the experience, skills & competencies we're looking for you to bring:

Some previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Executive role, ideally in a similar scale business
You have a track record of deploying successful marketing campaigns to existing customers.
Have experience implementing integrated marketing campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, letter, outbound calls and social.
You have high attention to detail with a great eye for copy and design, giving you the ability to give clear feedback to copywriters and designers
You are highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced marketing environment and balance multiple priorities at once.
You’re switched on and love to learn.
You will champion Partners at all times.

Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you'll work in the Partner Marketing team, focusing on delivering impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive commercial growth by inspiring and enabling our Partners to gather customers or recruit and build a team of Partners.

Supporting a cross-functional team to execute the Partner Marketing plan
Coordinate the day-to-day elements of marketing campaign management. and execution: briefing, managing creative development and delivering across channels and managing stakeholders to ensure all marketing activity is delivered on time.
Manage development of creative based on target audience, market and data insights and campaign objectives.
Planning and implementing weekly email campaigns from creative brief to execution.
Building of campaign assets including email and portal content.
Reporting on weekly email campaigns and analysis of any trends and/or actionable insights.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of marketing campaigns and process.
Management of internal stakeholders relationships to meet deadlines and deliver high quality work.
Other responsibilities include producing regular update reports, use of Asana to manage processes and briefing, contribution to team or wider meetings.
Other ad-hoc tasks in support of Partner marketing team
