About the Role: You'll join a global online marketplace as a Senior MLOps Engineer in an ML Enablement team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of productionizing GenAI and Recommender Systems at scale.
Your expertise will drive significant change and help shape the future of their business and how hundreds of millions of customers interact with their platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Productionize GenAI and Recommender Systems: Develop and implement scalable solutions for a global platform.
MLOps Focus: Utilize MLflow, SageMaker, and machine learning libraries to streamline and optimize ML operations.
Infrastructure Management: Build and maintain the infrastructure required for efficient model deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
Automation and CI/CD: Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate model training, testing, and deployment.
Model Monitoring and Maintenance: Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and alerting for deployed models to maintain performance and reliability.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and IT operations, to ensure seamless integration and operation of ML models.
Technical Requirements:
Machine Learning and MLOps Expertise: Previous experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or MLOps Engineer, with hands-on experience deploying and managing ML models in production within a commercial environment. Strong understanding of ML models and their applications.
Programming and Frameworks: Proficiency in Python and SQL. Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
Cloud and Containerization: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS ideally) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
MLOps Tools and Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, model registries, ML observability tools, responsible AI principles, model monitoring, and data privacy best practices. ML Flow, Sagemaker, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.
Agile and Problem-Solving Skills: Experience working in an agile environment, with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset.
Compensation: Base salary of £90-95k, plus bonuses and a host of other benefits including the ability to travel internationally to global offices, or work from anywhere globally for 1 month per year.
Location: London, Hybrid. 2 days on-site per week.
