Doctolib is currently seeking an experienced Analytics Engineering Manager to lead a team of 6-7 individuals in the Product domain. As an Analytics Engineering Manager, you will be owner of the complete data pipeline, from data extraction to publication. Our approach to deliver value and impact is product oriented.
What You'll Do:
Manage and grow the AE team, directly managing 6-7 engineers.
Define the technical roadmap in alignment with Tech & Product goals
Work closely with Data Product Managers to help to iterate on Data Products
Collaborate with Data & Machine Learning Platforms teams to empower innovation and make our stack performante, reliable and stable.
Create a strong team culture aligned with our engineering standards and customer focus.
Participate in hands-on work, including code reviews, grooming and design review

Lead and manage a team of 6-7 individuals, ensuring their professional growth and development.
Master the entire data lifecycle, from data extraction to publication, ensuring high-quality and reliable data assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and support various business initiatives.
Bring a fresh perspective to the team, introducing new ideas and innovative approaches to analytics engineering.
Engage in cross-team collaboration, working closely with the other 3 Analytics Engineering teams.

Il est rapidement devenu évident que les domaines d'application de la fibre optique sont beaucoup plus larges que ceux de l'imagerie et de la surveillance du sous-sol. De nombreux autres domaines tels que la surveillance de la production des puits, l'intégrité des pipelines, la surveillance des parcs éoliens, des parcs solaires et des infrastructures sont des exemples où la fibre optique peut certainement fournir des informations pertinentes. Activités Dans ce contexte, une feuille de route intégrée pour les solutions de détection distribuée par fibre optique a été définie en 2024 et sera mise en œuvre en 2025. La surveillance de la production des puits est l'un des domaines d'application clés sur lesquels TotalEnergies souhaite se concentrer avec le déploiement d'un programme de tests pilotes au large du Royaume-Uni. Par conséquent, la mission consistera à: Réaliser une analyse détaillée des acquisitions DAS "Distributed Acoustic Sensing" réalisées lors de tests de production PLT "Production Logging Tool" en 2022 et 2024 sur deux puits d'intérêts en amont des test 2025. L'objectif sera de définir des typologies de signal DAS caractéristiques des écoulements ou incidents enregistrés dans les puits (data labelling). Fournir une assistance technique pour la préparation et durant la réalisation des essais pilotes prévus en 2025 sur site offshore. Analyser les données DAS collectées depuis 2010 afin d'entraîner des modèles de Machine Learning pour la détection - prédiction d'anomalies d’intégrité des puits ; et d’analyse de production.
