Role purpose/summary

An exciting opportunity to work as part of a growing End User Services UK department supporting multiple high profile clients. The role of Exchange/Collaboration Engineer will be a forward-thinking position, across a broad range of work tasks across Collaborative Systems/Applications, Standard Operating Environments using standard support Toolsets, processes and managing the Enterprise Systems.

Your role
Undertaking performance monitoring, tuning, fault diagnosis, incident, and request resolution.
Support and manage scheduling of Project work tasks and liaise with Project Managers to achieve planned deliverables.
Undertake Problem Management tasks.
Able to coordinate incident, problem and requests queues, involving other team resources as required.
Troubleshoot and support SOE to achieve BAU SLA commitments.
Collaborative Applications build and configuration as per LLD.
Produce working documentation re Toolset or service configuration.
Involvement in new IT Infrastructure projects.
Expected to work a reasonable amount of overtime to cover outage slots.

Email System including:
Microsoft Exchange 2010 and 2016.
ClearSwift SMTP Secure Gateways.
DeepSecure MailGuard.
Lync/Skype for Business including:
Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015/2019
Skype Federation.
Ribbon SBC Gateways/Call Routing/PSTN.
Phone handset management and configuration.
Enterprise'smart Device (ie Blackberry UEM, Android) System.
Clearswift Secure Web Gateway (Web proxy).

IT Security Compliance - NHS Security Specialist Contract role - 17th March planned start - 3 month initial Office based in Doncaster - need to be able to commute if required (role primarily remote) Up to £600 p/d outside IR35 Our customer, an organisation specialising in assisting healthcare providers in their digitisation, are in urgent need of an IT Security Compliance specialist on a contract basis to assist on an NHS client compliance project. We need you to be able to: Demonstrate your experience of IT Security within the NHS - knowledge of the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) and the NHS Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF) will be essential. Evidence your assess the current landscape and identify where gaps are in compliance. Gather evidence of both compliance and non-compliance from policies, use of admin accounts, investigations of suspect access, password compliance, lock outs, etc. Using your collection of evidence, draft DSPT documentation and plans to remediate any issues as soon as possible. Provide technical cybersecurity support - utilisation of cyber security dashboard for reporting, technical response to any incident, identifying security vulnerabilities as required, etc. Ideally, you will be able to start this position immediately. We are working to a start date of 17th March, so conversations will take place this week.
