iO Associates is looking for a skilled IT Engineer to join a dynamic organisation in Morden, London. This role offers the opportunity to work with a team managing advanced cloud technologies, enterprise-level IT solutions, and ensuring the security and smooth operation of critical IT systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing Office 365, Exchange 365, and hybrid environments, along with overseeing email security protocols using Proofpoint. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and will be expected to ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting of critical IT systems.

Responsibilities:

Administer and troubleshoot Office 365, Exchange 365, and hybrid environments, ensuring smooth operation of email systems.
Oversee email hygiene using Proofpoint, ensuring secure and efficient email communication.
Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, maintaining cloud services, virtual machines, and applications.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the stability of cloud systems.
Provide IT support for system administration tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues.
Ensure that systems are compliant with security and operational standards.

Experience:

Proven experience managing O365, Exchange 365, and hybrid email environments.
Hands-on experience with Proofpoint mail hygiene, cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and identity management with Entra ID.
Solid understanding of system administration, cloud management, and email security protocols.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in managing cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and Office 365 solutions.
Experience with Proofpoint for email security and mail hygiene.
Knowledge of Entra ID for identity management in cloud environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT systems.

Title: Senior Scientist- Large Molecule Discovery Duration: 12+ months Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire SG1 2NY Large Molecule Discovery within client is a department dedicated to the discovery of novel and effective biopharmaceutical medicines. This department comprises several complementary functions focused on the progression of a portfolio of biopharmaceuticals from initial antibody discovery, expression and characterisation, to molecular engineering and biological and physiochemical profiling. Within the Large Molecule Discovery Unit, the Molecular Design and Engineering (MDE) group takes accountability for antibody engineering and develop ability profiling prior to candidate selection to continuously improve molecule quality and transform discovered leads into potential therapeutics. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated scientist to join the Develop ability Technologies group within MDE and working within a matrix role. The role will be primarily lab focused, working with teams of scientists with diverse skills including protein biochemists, in vitro and ex vivo assay scientists, antibody pharmacologists and molecular biologists as well as in close partnership with other parts of the organisation. It will involve using high throughput methods to rapidly profile large panels of antibodies and performing interpretations on the generated data in the early discovery phase. These activities will focus on in vitro prediction of antibody characteristics during exposure in vivo. Key responsibilities: o Running high throughput methods to predict in vitro antibody characteristics during exposure in vivo, which might include chromatography based analytical techniques (SEC-HPLC, CIEX-HPLC)as well as ELISA and flow based methods. o Design, qualify and execute experiments to characterise antibody panels e.g. non-specific binding measurements using flow cytometry and ELISA methods as well as determining binding of antibodies to antigen after incubation in serum. o Utilizing automated liquid handling systems to execute experiments o Planning, designing and executing experiments to enable key decisions o Working independently to analyse and interpret your data, providing clear recommendations to project teams o Effective recording and communication of your work in lab notebooks, lab reports and publishing/presenting both internally and externally o Working effectively in matrix teams and delivering defined objectives in accordance with agreed timelines o Demonstrate exemplary scientific habits, actively keeping up to date with relevant literature and new technologies o Adhere to safety and other company rules and regulations, maintain lab equipment and reagents when appropriate o Developing & implementing high throughput methods to predict in vitro antibody characteristics during exposure in vivo Why you?
