About The Role

As a Daily Rental Executive, you will support customers and the Activa Sales team with regards to Daily Rental requirements.

Day-to-day duties

Dealing with incoming Daily Rental customer enquiries by telephone and email
Calculating rental quotations for customers
Organising vehicle rental bookings (on hire / off hire) for customers according to their personalised procedures via our in-house booking system and central reservations department
Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all hires
Proactively contacting customers for rental extensions
Reviewing Accident Management on Daily Rentals and requesting updates where applicable
Obtaining mileage readings
Managing vehicle change over
Maintaining accurate P11D information for each rental
Producing specific reports for customers
Managing and processing damage claims with third parties
Processing traffic violation and parking charge fines
Accurately checking purchase invoices/credit notes received from our supplier(s) and querying charge where necessary
Accurately producing sales invoices/credit notes to our customers
Handling complaints according to Activa’s polices & procedures
Adhering to Activa’s 3 ring policy for answering all incoming calls
Handling general customer service inquires via the telephone and email
Act as ambassador for the company on all external or internal reviews or meetings with customers and/or suppliers
Provision of comprehensive support to our field Area Managers
