We’re working with a rapidly expanding scale-up tech company based in Ghent, developing a unique SaaS platform operating in the renewable energy sector. Their mission is to make clean energy more accessible and popular amongst large businesses in Belgium through their application.
Currently they're looking for a talented UX Designer with strong UI skills to take ownership of the end-to-end design process. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create visually compelling user experiences.
Responsibilities
Design user-centered interfaces for their SaaS platform.
Own the UX/UI process, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
Translate complex data into engaging dashboards and workflows.
Conduct user research to validate design decisions and improve usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth user experience.
Maintain and evolve their design system in Figma.
Your Profile
3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI work.
Expertise in Figma and design systems.
Ability to simplify complex information into intuitive designs.
Fluent in English (Dutch ideal!) and willing to commute to Ghent 2-3 times/week.
A passion for clean energy and sustainability (a plus!).
Offer

- About the role As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for positioning our Roast & Commerce products in the market by effectively communicating their value to potential and existing customers. In this role, you will serve as the crucial interface between the Product Management team and the Commercial team, translating technical product features into compelling benefits. Your work will ensure that Cropster’s products resonate with target customers, drive adoption, and differentiate Cropster in the industry. The preferred locations for this role are Europe and the US, with the possibility of working remotely. What you'll do Co-own the Product Business Plan: Together with the Product Manager, co-own the business plans for the Roast & Commerce products. This includes long term roadmaps and business cases, yearly budget plans and quarterly operational plans. Develop Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with product management, sales and marketing colleagues to craft product positioning and messaging that align with our target buyer profiles. Identify opportunities to increase product awareness and successfully launch new products. Market Research and Segmentation: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Develop buyer and user profiles to tailor marketing efforts and ensure a strong Product-Market fit. What you can expect The salary range for this position is € 55K to € 64K gross/year for Europe-based candidates, and $ 75K to $ 85K gross/year for US-based candidates.
