They are looking to optimise their chatbot projects and need a polyvalent data analyst to work in excel to deal with their incoming/outgoing data, with a view to optimise the link between their chatbot and mobile banking journey.

The client needs a Dutch speaking candidate for the role due to the nature of the data.

Role:
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets related to the chatbot and mobile banking interactions.
Develop insights to optimize the mobile banking user experience, with a focus on improving chatbot efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Create data reports, visualizations, and dashboards primarily using Excel.
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timely reporting of incoming and outgoing data.
Provide recommendations to enhance the customer journey within the mobile banking platform.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to play a key role in translating business requirements into system designs, overseeing solution planning, managing security standards, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining high-quality documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure that systems and solutions are aligned with business goals, secure, scalable, and efficiently documented.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into detailed functional specifications and system designs.
Design and recommend end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives, considering current system architecture and future needs.
Develop and document detailed use cases, workflows, and process maps to ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
Ensure that solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
Analyze and prioritize business needs, ensuring clarity and feasibility, and then create a structured set of functional and non-functional requirements.
Review and evaluate solutions for vulnerability risks and ensure appropriate measures are in place to maintain the security of systems.
Conduct regular audits and participate in security risk assessments, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement of security practices in system design.

Collaborate with vendors during the implementation phase, reviewing system designs, and ensuring alignment with business and security requirements.
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including system designs, architecture diagrams, user manuals, and process flows.
Document requirements, use cases, and solutions in a clear, concise manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop and maintain standardized templates for requirements gathering, design documents, and functional specifications.
Identify and help resolve defects by working closely with development and testing teams.
Ensure that solutions are properly validated before deployment, including performance testing, security testing, and integration testing.
Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are clearly set and managed.

PLC Engineer - Ghent Region - Permanent Position

My client in the automation machine building industry, focused on the manufacturing of machines for high pressure applications, are looking for an engineer with a passion for PLC programming to join their site in Ghent.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement PLC programs to control manufacturing machinery and automated systems.
Install & commission machines on site for clients.
Develop and maintain HMI applications for monitoring and controlling production processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve PLC-related issues, such as communication errors, hardware failures, and software bugs.
Provide technical support to production personnel and maintenance teams to optimise machinery performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
A first experience in automation or PLC programming, preferably in machinery manufacturing or industrial automation, is a bonus.
Hands-on experience with Tia Portal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Dutch & English fluency is required.

We are seeking an experienced Azure and Kubernetes DevOps Engineer to join a Client in the Medical Sector. This role will focus on the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of scalable applications on Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC).

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and manage Azure resources, including virtual networks, storage, compute, and security settings.
Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters in Azure (AKS) or other environments; implement scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting strategies.
Create, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools to streamline code integration and deployment.
Develop and manage IaC scripts using tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, and Azure Bicep to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
Set up and manage application and infrastructure monitoring and logging solutions, utilizing tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and ELK Stack.
