Overview
We are seeking a strategically minded, Fractional Head of AI with demonstrable Marketing & Advertising experience to lead AI strategy and implementation for our Marketing & Advertising clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with core AI tools, excellent organisational skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic AI Leadership:
Develop and execute AI strategies aligned with client business goals.
Identify AI opportunities to enhance business processes and drive growth.
Communicate AI vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
Hands-On AI Implementation:
Utilize core AI tools and technologies to build, deploy, and optimize AI solutions
Ensure seamless integration of AI systems into existing client infrastructure.
Oversee the development of AI models and algorithms tailored to client needs.
Organisational and Project Management:
Plan, manage, and track multiple AI projects simultaneously
Ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives within scope and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.
Leadership and Team Development:
Lead and mentor AI teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Encourage continuous learning and staying updated with AI advancements.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their AI needs and challenges.
Present AI strategies, progress, and outcomes to client executives.
Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal Skills:
Exhibit high emotional intelligence, building rapport with clients and team members.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Be approachable, affable, and easy to work with.
Continuous Improvement:

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in strategic AI leadership and hands-on AI implementation specifically in the Marketing & Advertising industry.
Proficiency with core AI tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and relevant AI frameworks.
Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
