Our client, a key energy distribution player in Belgium, is undertaking an operational efficiency transformation within its EVE project. To support this initiative, our client is hiring a Business Process Analyst to work on process mapping, improvement, and optimization.

The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes. The role involves working closely with business teams and external IT partners to optimize process efficiency, governance, and digital integration.

Business Process Documentation:

Capture "as-is" processes and document "to-be" processes.

Standardize process documentation for enterprise-wide integration.

Stakeholder & Workshop Management: Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business needs with operational objectives.

Engage with business experts and IT partners to refine business requirements.

Process Improvement & Digital Integration:

Identify areas for optimization and automation.

Collaborate with functional analysts to translate business needs into IT solutions.

Testing & Implementation Support:

Contribute to UAT testing plans and coordinate business validation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with project teams across departments to ensure alignment with our client’s transformation strategy.

Key Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or Process Management.

Experience:

3-5 years as a Business Analyst (required).

Experience in data analysis and business process modeling.

Strong facilitation skills for stakeholder engagement.

Project Management Experience (preferred).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Visio or other process modeling tools.

Experience with MS Office Suite.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent workshop facilitation and communication skills.

Ability to adapt to an evolving business and IT landscape.

Languages:

French (C2 level) - Required English
