Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our systems development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting business analysis on a subset of projects, ensuring thorough investigation, comprehensive documentation of requirements, and effective stakeholder engagement. This role involves working closely with internal departments and external customers, as well as collaborating with project managers, administrators, and developers to support system development and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct business situation analysis and feasibility assessments
Define and manage business requirements for Salesforce-related projects
Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business needs
Oversee and facilitate user acceptance testing
Work alongside project teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions
