Salesforce Technical Lead – Energy Firm | London | Hybrid (2-3 Days Onsite) | Fixed-Term Contract


About the Role

Our client, a leading energy firm based in London, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead for a fixed-term contract. This is a key technical role responsible for driving the expansion of the company’s CRM capabilities, improving the efficiency and usability of Sales and Service Cloud, and supporting customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation, with a focus on best practices and system optimization. This role will also involve working closely with stakeholders to enhance business processes and ensure users get the most out of the platform.


Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Drive Salesforce best practices, optimizing the use of Sales and Service Cloud.
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for CRM expansion and process improvements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators.
Ensure system stability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Support user adoption by delivering training and documentation on best practices.


Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, Salesforce Architect, or similar role.
Strong expertise in Sales and Service Cloud, including customization, automation, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Platform Developer, or Advanced Administrator) are a plus.
