The Company
Carrot is partnering with a Global Pharmaceutical company focused on discovering life changing medicines to those that need them most. They are on the search for a Medical Education Associate. You will be focused within Diabetes and required to deliver and facilitate education in a customer facing position
The Role
Provide continuous learning opportunities for healthcare professionals to improve their clinical performance and patient outcomes.
Develop and implement educational strategies that meet business needs and adapt to changes in science and the healthcare environment.
Design and lead local medical education initiatives, ensuring complex medical information is communicated clearly.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure educational programs meet accreditation standards.
Work with cross-functional teams and manage third-party agencies to deliver high-quality educational outcomes.
You
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare sciences or healthcare professional
Strong clinical experience and knowledge of Diabetes and awareness of Obesity therapies
Strong communication skills and the ability to make data-driven decision
ABPI code examination (desirable)
