Job Specifications
An opportunity for an experienced SC Cleared Systems Engineer to join a Defence organisation. This person will be hands on experience in Submarine Fleet minor trials in a Defence setting. Notably, supporting the design and coordination of trials to test the new solutions.
Required:
Royal Navy Systems engineering experience.
Designing, planning and executing fleet minor trials.
Experience managing defence stakeholders and collaborating with MOD organisations to ensure successful trials.
Passionate about the role of Digital, Data and Technology within Defence.
Experienced working to agile and waterfall delivery methodologies, as well as aligning to user-centred design principles.
Desirable experience:
Experience across surface and submarine fleets.
Experience with autonomous systems.
Knowledge of MOD combat systems.
Knowledge of environmental sensing.
Experience working to defence lines of development, collaborating within a team to define and test requirements to having a tangible set of outcomes.
Knowledge and experience of training needs analysis for new systems and end users.
