AXA est à la recherche d’un UI designer expérimenté pour intégrer le département digital et guider l’équipe UI.
Sur base de la compréhension des objectifs d’AXA et des besoins et comportements des utilisateurs, vous serez responsable de tous les aspects indispensables à la création de designs : depuis la phase conceptuelle (sketches) jusqu’au prototypage high def.
Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les UX researchers, les Analystes digitaux, les Product Owners, l’équipe IT, les Copywriters, et les autres UI Designers.
Vous travaillerez sur différents types de projets digitaux, pour différents segments de consommateurs et pour différents secteurs : B2B, B2C, produits vie, santé, retail, etc.

Competences & Responsabilities
Traduire les objectifs d’AXA, les demandes business et les informations récoltées auprès des utilisateurs en des interfaces utilisateur intuitives, élégantes et performantes.
Réfléchir de manière analytique et pragmatique : être capable d’évaluer l’impact des changements au niveau du design et de la usability est clé – en collaboration avec nos analystes digitaux et UX.
Enrichir le Design System tout en garantissant à nos utilisateurs une expérience UI unifiée et consistante au travers de tout l’univers digital d’AXA (mobile & desktop).
Savoir expliquer les choix liés au design et communiquer les requirements et la vision aux collègues des autres départements (business et IT).
S’assurer que l’équipe UI fournisse les livrables UI en temps, en qualité, et aligné avec le scope.
Identifier les nouvelles compétences en UI et assurer le coaching métier de l’équipe.
Entretenir des contacts étroits avec les collègues des départements Brand d’AXA Belgique et AXA Groupe.
Votre Profil
Bilingue FR/EN ou NL/EN.
Min 5+ années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.
Connaissances standards en Interaction design + Accessibilité.
Excellente gestion du temps et des taches : les projets devront être délivrés dans des temps convenus en amont et de haute qualité.
Compétences interpersonnelles fortes. Etre capable de prendre – et défendre – des décisions sur base de données utilisateurs, tout en comprenant le point de vue de son interlocuteur.
Vous aimez réaliser avec succès des projets en équipe, en sachant faire appel aux expertises de chacun.
Vous prenez des initiatives et êtes autonome.

The NATO CIO is responsible for developing and implementing a cybersecurity strategy through a comprehensive cyber adaptation effort. This includes significant interaction with executive stakeholders within NATO, both military and civilian, national representatives and key cybersecurity leaders. The NATO Deputy CIO for Cybersecurity deputizes for the NATO CIO on matters related to cybersecurity and Cyber Adaptation. This includes maintaining relations and interactions with national leaders, with national delegates to NATO and other key roles with a special focus on cybersecurity. Additional expertise in this area is required, to support the NATO Deputy CIO in managing appropriate interactions with key decision makers, at the level of A6/OF6 (1-star general) and above. Measurement: To the NATO Deputy CIO satisfaction with regards to the tailored advice provided by the consultant. Ensuring a direct liaison function between the NATO Deputy CIO and senior executives within national delegations.
