Au sein de la Supply Chain France, la Direction Supply Chain Réseaux est à la fois une direction métier nationale en charge du pilotage de la performance et de l'animation métier de la filière Supply Chain dans les Unités Clients et Industrielles en DO (PLR). Et une direction opérationnelle, en charge de l'approvisionnement, la distribution et la reverse du matériel réseaux pour la production et la maintenance des réseaux Orange France.
Plusieurs équipes et acteurs au sein de DSCR sont impliquées dans cette mission :
SPR : en charge de la stratégie, des prévisions et de la gestion des référentiels nécessaires à l'activité.
ADM : en charge de l'approvisionnement et la distribution des matériels de maintenance et du pilotage des retours mais également du déstockage et du développement d'un modèle de reverse (4R).
ADR : en charge de l'approvisionnement et de la distribution des matériels de production réseaux
ACS : en charge de l'amélioration continue et du soutien des acteurs métier de la Supply Chain en UCI.
En 2024, un programme de transformation nommé OPERA a été lancé : l'activité Supply Chain Réseaux doit s'adapter à l'évolution des activités Réseaux et Intervention d'Orange France afin de répondre de manière coordonnée et efficiente aux nouveaux enjeux (arrêt du cuivre, fin du modèle de déploiement massif de la Fibre, bascule vers un modèle Vie du Réseau, évolutions des modalités de l'Intervention en front et back-office, ...)
Mission
"Votre équipe a en charge la gestion et le développement de ce nouvel outil, en coconstruisant la solution BI avec les acteurs UCI et en accompagnant les utilisateurs" [Maxime, manager]
Développement de l'outil sous Power BI
- Vous gérez les requêtes et extraction du jeu de données sous SAP (BILBO)
- Vous pilotez la gestion et ordonnancement de la donnée via Power Automate
- Vous conduisez l'intégration et la modélisation du jeu de données sous Power BI
- Vous régentez la visualisation des données avec la création de KPI et tableaux de bord
- Vous développez les évolutions demandées par les utilisateurs, et ce au fur et à mesure du développement du projet
Accompagnement au changement
- Vous travaillez en transverse avec les différents clients internes/directions métiers afin de pouvoir répondre au mieux à leurs besoins
- Vous rédigez les modes opératoires et supports de formation
- Vous animez les sessions de formation
- Vous êtes le soutien et le support terrain sur la prise en main de l'outil (accompagnement collectif et/ou individuel).
Amélioration continue
- Vous mettez en place des processus dans une optique test et learn, dans le but d'améliorer la démarche, et de rendre le développement plus efficace
- Vous assurez les corrections et les documenter après l'identification d'éventuels bugs dans le projet développé
Tests
- Vous faites des tests réguliers afin d'assurer la bonne tenue de l'application développée et de pouvoir apporter les corrections nécessaires en temps voulu, dans une optique d'optimisation constante
- Vous maintenez la base existante, la stabiliser si nécessaire et la faite évoluer en lien avec les besoins métiers
- Vous pouvez être amené-e à travailler sur des cas d'usage différents et ainsi produire des outils de pilotage au service du métier
Compétences
- Vous êtes de formation Bac +4 ou 5 dans le domaine de la DATA (Power BI)
- Vous avez une expérience significative dans la chefferie de projet
- L'entraide et la collaboration sont au coeur de notre fonctionnement.
- Vous collaborez et accompagnez les collaborateurs/utilisateurs sur la prise en main d'outil informatique
- Vous faites preuve d'aisance dans le maniement des outils informatiques et outils collaboratifs (Microsoft 365 et Teams)
