Outside IR35 contract: 6 month initial term, likely duration 9+ months
Home based with quarterly travel to Italy and infrequent co-working days in London
£475-£550 per day, plus expensed travel and incidentals
Join a thriving business transformation consultancy who are supporting a renowned Italian luxury retailer in looking for a proven Technical Product Manager with solid experience in the PIM (Product Information Management) space with a background of working as part of a Software Engineering team in an Agile delivery environment. It is vital that you have the PIM expertise (from PIM integration projects including data mapping, API integration and workflow automation) as you will not be considered for this position otherwise - ideally Akeneo. Additional, beneficial expertise include retail sector experience and/or Italian language skills.
The future vision of the client is a platform that will support fast and incremental changes to facilitate their ambitious growth targets, and you would be joining an established team on this large digital transformation and re-platform programme to support continued growth and business ambition. You will need to being at least 3+ years' experience as a Technical Product Manager with knowledge of technical product development principles and methodologies and the ability to translate business goals, technology strategy and market knowledge into a product roadmap that prioritises delivery of value and enables future business agility, switching between strategic visioning and getting into the detail, being the authority in all aspects of your product.
