Category Insights Manager - FMCG

Contract: 5 months
Rate: £400-£450 per day
Location: Hybrid, 1-2 days per week on the South Coast (around an hour from London)
IR35: To be determined
Start date: Immediate

A leading FMCG supplier is looking for a Category Insights Manager to join on a contract basis. This role focuses on managing key accounts and providing strategic, data-driven insights to drive category growth.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse account data to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide strategic recommendations to improve category performance.
Work closely with major retailers and food service clients to drive sales.
Communicate insights effectively and influence key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Senior-level experience in category management within FMCG.
Strong ability to extract insights from account data (no SQL or Python required).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to adapt to market changes and provide ongoing strategic advice.
A collaborative, hands-on approach to working with teams and clients.
