What You’ll Be Doing:
User-Centred Design & Research
Lead UX, UI, and service design to ensure a seamless, engaging user experience.
Conduct in-depth user research, turning insights into meaningful design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, adhering to accessibility and usability standards.
Service Ownership & Digital Strategy
Own the end-to-end service design, ensuring smooth integration of frontend and backend services.
Develop and maintain consistent design systems across digital platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align services with strategic goals, applying agile methodologies for continuous improvement.
Backend Development & Technical Integration
Design and maintain backend systems and APIs for seamless user interaction.
Work with technologies like Node.js and Python to create secure, scalable solutions.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments and ensure integration across systems.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to optimize and refine services.
Lead usability testing and A/B testing to enhance digital interactions.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful services.
Engage with public sector leaders and policymakers to refine digital offerings.
Lead workshops, design critiques, and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team performance.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in UX, UI, and service design, with a focus on user-centred approaches.
Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and agile methodologies.
Experience with technologies like Node.js, Python, and modern frontend frameworks.
Ability to create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Passion for accessibility and adhering to WCAG 2.1 and government standards.

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components such as Active Directory and printers. Basic troubleshooting skillset for Bloomberg, Refinitiv, 0365 and other market data-related applications.
