About the Role
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to advance your career in Human Resources? ASA are working with a public sector client who are seeking an HR Administrator to join their dynamic team, providing essential support to the HR department. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for HR processes, compliance, and employee support.

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing HR documentation, handling sensitive employee enquiries, and supporting HR service delivery within the organisation. You’ll also contribute to improving HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage both electronic and paper-based HR records, ensuring compliance with Data Protection legislation and internal policies.
Provide efficient administrative support, handling HR documentation and communication securely and professionally.
Respond to HR-related queries in a timely, professional, and impartial manner, providing accurate advice in line with policies and legislation.
Contribute to HR projects and forward-planning activities to enhance department efficiency.
Stay up to date with HR policies, procedures, and legislation, using your knowledge to support the improvement of HR systems and processes.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and eager to develop their HR expertise. The ideal candidate will have:
Qualifications:
Minimum of five National 5 (or equivalent) qualifications, including English and Mathematics.
CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice (or willingness to work towards it).
Experience & Skills:
Strong administrative experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Prior experience working in an HR role or environment.
Ability to use digital tools and technology for data management and communication.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, including Data Protection, Equality & Diversity, and Employment Law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong decision-making and time management abilities.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on data.

We are looking for an experienced IT Security Engineer to join our public sector client on a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic chance to work on cutting-edge security projects within a collaborative, agile team. If you're passionate about deploying and maintaining security platforms like Network Access Control and Endpoint Detection and Response, this role could be perfect for you!

Role Overview:
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Rate: Up to £520 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional hybrid working (Edinburgh/Glasgow)
Clearance: BPSS required

Key Responsibilities:
Support the deployment and maintenance of Network Access Control (NAC) solutions and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) tooling
Enhance Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) processes
Implement and optimize Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) tools
Conduct disaster recovery assurance and test planning
Coach and mentor junior team members

Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in NAC, EDR, SOAR solutions, and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)
Hands-on with Firewalls, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response
Experience with Network Access Control (ForeScout), Cortex XDR, Web Application Firewalls, and more

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect to join a dynamic public sector organisation. In this critical role, you will work alongside the Principal Architect to drive the strategic and technical evolution of the infrastructure, application, and integration architecture landscape. You’ll lead the creation of a 2-5 year roadmap, ensuring all architecture activities align with business goals, industry standards, and organisational priorities.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Application Architecture, and Integration, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and hybrid cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Architecture Planning & Governance: Align and advance the technology reference architecture to meet business and industry standards.
Technology & Integration Roadmap: Develop and maintain the 2-5 year roadmap, identifying and resolving gaps and risks.
Resilience, Security & Compliance: Integrate security measures and ensure technical delivery assurance.

Strong understanding of SOA design principles, Enterprise integration patterns, and ESB architectures.
