Transformation Specialist – Global Law Firm
We are partnering with a prestigious global law firm seeking a Transformation Specialist to drive high-impact transformation projects. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in business transformation, project management, and legal technology, who thrives in a dynamic, global environment.

The Role

As a Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in modernising ways of working across the firm. You will be responsible for delivering transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, improve client experiences, and drive innovation. This includes implementing AI, smart technology, and resourcing strategies to optimise business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering priority transformation projects in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Managing project resourcing, scoping, and implementation strategies.
Identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue through AI and digital technologies.
Leading change management and communication strategies to ensure firm-wide adoption of new processes.
Engaging with global teams, including Legal Technology, Legal Project Management, Finance, and Resource Management.
Tracking ROI and ensuring transformation initiatives yield long-term benefits.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in business transformation and process improvement within a professional services environment.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing end-to-end transformation initiatives.
Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
Experience with AI, legal technology, and digital solutions is highly desirable.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and change management skills.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
