About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Architect to join a leading financial services client undergoing a major digital transformation. You will play a key role in assessing the existing platform landscape, defining the Power Platform architecture, and driving the design of scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
This role requires a mix of hands-on technical expertise, solution architecture, and strategic advisory, ensuring the Power Platform environment supports the client’s future business and
technology goals.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Assessment & Design: Conduct a full review of Power Platform solutions, identifying dependencies, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation.
Architecture & Development Strategy: Define best-practice architecture for Power Platform, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
Project Control & Governance: Establish governance frameworks, change control processes, and ensure seamless development and deployment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business, technical teams, and senior leadership to align the Power Platform strategy with wider digital transformation goals.
Development Landscape Evaluation: Assess current development processes, tools, and best practices, recommending improvements.
Platform & Environment Management: Ensure effective Power Platform
environment management, including security and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Power Platform Architect, with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Experience in solution assessment, dependency management, and platform constraints.
Ability to define and implement Power Platform best practices for large-scale organisations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with technical and business teams.
Experience in financial services or regulated industries is highly desirable.
Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance frameworks for enterprise Power
Platform implementations.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in shaping Fuse Energy’s Finance function. Key Responsibilities Design and build the best finance systems in the world: after trying and testing practically all finance systems in the market, nothing meets our standard. We’ve decided to build the best finance management platform in the world with a select group of business partners. The scope is massive, from invoice ingestion and processing to automated reconciliation against contracts or in-house data to a real-time P&L view by customer. There will be many incredibly complex problems to solve along the way. Financial Reporting Support: Assisting with the monthly reporting process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-flow) to deliver financial information and identify key points for review. Responsibility and ownership of accurate balance sheet accounts and monthly reconciliations. Account preparation and Tax functions: Identifying reporting deadlines for both UK and International entities and ensuring compliance by submitting accounts and tax returns in a timely manner. Other: Ad-hoc assistance as required. Examples include supporting contract negotiations, modelling financial contracts, analysing new business opportunities, handling investor relations requests, producing public and private funding related deliverables, defining day to day processes and company operations. Requirements Experience with SQL, Python, Xero (or other accounting software) and Microsoft Office is essential. Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field in mandatory; advanced degree or professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CA, CFA) is a plus 1+ years of experience in a corporate finance function, consulting or investment banking. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors is an advantage but not essential.
