JOB DESCRIPTION
As an SDR, you play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers (leads) and making initial contact:
Lead Generation: identifying prospects through various channels such as LinkedIn, online research and networking.
Cold Calling: proactively contacting potential customers to generate interest in our cloud document management software.
Qualification: qualifying leads based on their needs, budget and decision-making authority. You will conduct the initial conversations and decide whether a follow-up meeting with our CEO is worthwhile.
Upselling: highlighting our latest features to our existing customer base.
Agenda Management: scheduling quality sales meetings with the CEO.
Follow-up & Communication: accurately tracking the entire flow in our system and providing weekly insights.
Collaboration: working closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve common goals.

What is expected of you as a fulltime SDR?
