Diasbytes is a Belgian software company, specialized in cloud document management software and solutions. With our own developed software, we offer companies a solution to optimize various administrative matters. To ensure our growth, we are looking for a fulltime SDR with a passion for digital solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As an SDR, you play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers (leads) and making initial contact:
Lead Generation: identifying prospects through various channels such as LinkedIn, online research and networking.
Cold Calling: proactively contacting potential customers to generate interest in our cloud document management software.
Qualification: qualifying leads based on their needs, budget and decision-making authority. You will conduct the initial conversations and decide whether a follow-up meeting with our CEO is worthwhile.
Upselling: highlighting our latest features to our existing customer base.
Agenda Management: scheduling quality sales meetings with the CEO.
Follow-up & Communication: accurately tracking the entire flow in our system and providing weekly insights.
Collaboration: working closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve common goals.

PROFILE
What is expected of you as a fulltime SDR?
Hunter Mentality: you are persistent and not easily discouraged.
Dynamic: you have an energetic personality and enjoy picking up the phone to talk to new people.
Proactive: you are driven to achieve results.
Communication: you are fluent in Dutch, English and French, both verbally and in writing.
Eagerness to learn: you are eager to learn and open to new knowledge and skills.
Experience: experience in a similar role is a plus but not a requirement. Recent graduates with the right mindset may also apply.
Affinity with IT: you have an affinity with the IT sector and are interested in cloud document management software.
Team Player: you are a team-player and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
