Position: Data Analyst

We are hiring a Data Analyst with a strong commercial mindset to support a leading global payments technology company on a 4-month contract (potential to go permanent).

The Role:
Analyse transaction, revenue, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities within the payments and fintech space.
Provide insights on commercial performance, supporting business decisions with data-driven recommendations.
Work on ad-hoc requests such as: “Can you analyse the data and tell us what it says about Business Questions A, B, and C?”
Create concise, impactful presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights.
Operate independently, requiring minimal guidance once a task is agreed.

Who You Are:
2–4 years' experience in a data or sales analyst role, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services.
Strong SQL, Python, and Excel skills; experience with data visualisation tools a plus.
Highly analytical, able to interpret and summarise data clearly.
A problem solver who applies a commercial lens to insights, thinking beyond the numbers.
Quick-witted, fast learner, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
