Role Overview
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with essential experience in LLMs to develop AI-powered sales agents that optimise lead generation and automate customer interactions. This is a data-focused role requiring expertise in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs to create intelligent, customer-facing AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimise LLM-powered virtual sales agents for real-time customer engagement.
Design and implement data pipelines to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
Train, fine-tune, and deploy large-scale language models for sales and finance automation.
Work closely with sales and product teams to refine AI-driven lead qualification and conversion processes.
Integrate AI models with CRM, finance approval, and sales automation systems.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data protection laws.
Continuously monitor and enhance model performance using real-world customer data.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or AI development.
Essential experience working with LLMs.
Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face transformers.
Experience in data engineering, model training, and MLOps workflows.
Background in lead generation, sales automation, or finance-related AI is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment.
