Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Strategy Consultant to join our R&D team. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive value from data and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI principles, technologies, and trends, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proven track record of executing successful AI strategies is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Insights: Stay up to date with the latest AI developments, identify key advancements, and communicate findings to leadership to drive new technical projects.
Strategic AI Planning: Identify new opportunities and gaps within the company, initiate and lead major AI-related projects, define clear objectives, assess feasibility, and enhance technical competitiveness.
Global AI Competitiveness: Contribute to the development of leading AI technologies and strategic business planning.
Collaboration & Networking: Establish and maintain connections with industry partners, academic institutions, and research organizations to transform emerging AI technologies into tangible collaborations.
Person Specification
Required:
Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new AI technologies and methodologies.
Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related field, with expertise in one or more areas such as AI theory, Computer Vision (CV), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or decision reasoning.
Strong planning and analytical skills, with experience in technical insights, business planning, or strategic AI development.
Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both academia and industry.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well both independently and within a team.
Desired:
PhD in a relevant field.
Experience as a technology strategy consultant.
Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
