SThree are delighted to announce that we’re looking for a talented Transformation Support Data Analyst to join our team on a fixed term basis!
The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting and analysing support issues from our SharePoint-based Transformation Hub and Global Operations function providing insights into issue categorisation, resolution workflows, right first time contracts and compliance adherence. This role requires strong technical data analysis skills and expertise in Power BI to present actionable insights effectively.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
Data Extraction & Analysis
Retrieve and consolidate support issues from SharePoint, Mercury and D365 sites across multiple regions.
Analyse issue categorisation, tracking patterns, resolution timelines, and escalation paths. Analyse right first time volumes, categories and trends
Ensure that issues are correctly assigned to the appropriate resolution teams.
SLA & Performance Tracking
Assess whether reported issues are being handled within agreed SLAs.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in issue resolution processes.
Insights & Reporting
Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key trends, emerging issues, and resolution effectiveness.
Provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for process improvements.
Present findings in a structured, business-friendly format to drive decision-making.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
Work closely with Operations, IT, Data and Transformation teams to ensure issues are effectively managed.
Recommend process enhancements to improve issue tracking, categorisation and resolution speed
Business Acumen & Problem-Solving
Ability to interpret and translate raw data into meaningful business insights.• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve inefficiencies in issue resolution workflows.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
Experience working in a cross-functional environment with international stakeholders.
Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
What skills and knowledge are we looking for?
Strong data analysis and reporting skills with experience extracting and analysing data from SharePoint, Mercury and D365.
Proficiency in Power BI for visualisation, dashboard creation and trend analysis
Advance Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint Skills
Experience in support ticketing systems or ITSM tools (preferred).
Previous experience in an operations, transformation or IT support analysis role
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous improvement mindset, able to identify root cause and passionately take ownership to close the loop on process and service failures
