Their AI-powered agents streamline compliance processes, reducing costs and time by up to 90%—all while seamlessly integrating with existing banking workflows, tools, and regulations.

They are seeking an Applied AI Engineer to develop cutting-edge AI systems that drive automation, accuracy, and scalability in compliance operations. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of LLM applications, building solutions that replace costly, manual onboarding processes with intelligent, adaptive AI agents.

Key Responsibilities
Develop LLM-powered AI agents for compliance automation in KYB onboarding.
Design and implement advanced prompting techniques, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning strategies.
Build custom evaluation frameworks to ensure AI reliability, accuracy, and compliance.
Implement model governance systems, back-testing methodologies, and A/B testing.
Monitor model performance and drift, continuously optimizing AI efficiency.
Research and integrate emerging LLM models and architectures.
Write scalable, production-ready ML code with proper monitoring and reliability measures.

What They’re Looking For
3-5+ years of experience in applied AI, ML engineering, or related roles.
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments, particularly in early-stage (0 to 1) product development.
Proven ability to apply LLMs to real-world automation and compliance challenges.
