We're seeking a Data Access Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our VP Technology Partnerships & Partner Integration, you will be responsible for applying strict access control measures to protect intellectual property across systems such as Document Management and Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems. This role involves assessing requests for access, seeking approvals from line managers, minimising privileges, restricting download rights, and ensuring the organisation is audit-ready in respect to access to intellectual property.
This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our offices near Guildford or Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What You'll Do
Implement and manage access management processes to ensure access to Forseven, Partner & Supplier intellectual property (IP) is secured, process is followed, and privileges are minimised and appropriate for the functions that need to be performed.
Apply strict access control measures, including minimising privileges and restricting download rights, across systems such as Document Management and Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems
Conduct regular access reviews and internal audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations and external regulations
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure proper integration and functionality of access processes and communicate and enforce those processes
Develop and maintain access policies, procedures, and documentation
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in access management, preferably in a similar role
Strong knowledge of security principles, technologies, and best practices
Experience with Document Management and CAD systems
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards
