About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in Private Banking or Retail Banking, specializing in Payments and ISO 20022 standards, to lead testing activities for a key project within our financial services team. This is a contract position offering a competitive day rate, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end testing processes, ensuring that all payment systems and integration solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Test Management: Lead and manage the entire test lifecycle, including test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting. Ensure testing aligns with project milestones and deadlines.
Payments Domain Expertise: Use your deep knowledge of payment systems and protocols to ensure that all payment solutions, including SWIFT, SEPA, and other international payment methods, are properly tested.
ISO 20022 Expertise: Oversee testing of ISO 20022 implementations, ensuring the successful migration, integration, and validation of data formats.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to define test requirements and ensure that testing supports business objectives and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
Private Banking or Retail Banking Background: Proven experience working in a banking environment, with a focus on payments systems, transaction processing, and related technologies.
ISO 20022 Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience with ISO 20022 messaging standards, including implementation, testing, and migration.
Payments Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of various payment systems, including SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, and real-time payments.
Test Management Experience: Significant experience managing testing for complex IT projects, particularly in financial services.

Personal Attributes:
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage complex issues and deliver solutions under pressure.
